Board asked to reconsider position vis-à-vis Share Scheme Agreement

The SCE asked the Board to further consider its position in respect of altering the Share Scheme Agreement to allow a lower price to encourage more members and help the SC maximise its shareholding.

The Board agreed to give further consideration and that a final decision would be made at the next monthly Board meeting.

The SCE agreed to hand over all funds accrued since they were suspended pending the ‘Rights Issue’. Further details will be provided in a press release.
